On December 24, 2009 the task force of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy made a presentation of the Project in the conference hall of Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University. The event welcomed the officials, journalists and students.
The presentation visitors:

• Mikhail Ranenko, Vice-President of Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University
• Tatiana Kazarmshchikova, Deputy Director of Novgorod Reserve Museum
• Mikhael Urin, rabbi of Velikiy Novgorod
• Olga Soboleva, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Culture, Tourism and Archiving of Novgorod region
• Isaac Freidman, Chairman of the Velikiy Novgorod Committee for Tourism and External Relations
• Vladimir Timofeyev, Director of the Polytechnic Institute of Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University
The project team demonstrated some of the unique exhibits among which there were the script Constitution of the Russian Federation, Tsar-mezuzah, Decalogue, Calligraphy on a Fly’s Wing. Besides, there were presented the works from the photoproject about the space – From Earth to Universe.
The President of the National Union of Calligraphers Petr Chobitko gave an exclusive master class for the students.
Upon the presentation completing a lot of students signed up the project organizing group and expressed readiness to assist in preparation and organization of the III International Exhibition of Calligraphy.
