Yesterday Alexey Shaburov – Director General of MVK International exhibition company – addressed the audience of his Alma Mater. He gave a lecture “It is not only an idea that matters, but also its realization” and spoke about the successful entrepreneurship in Russia.
Mr. Shaburov who is himself an alumnus of the MGIMO University, told the students about how to attain success under the present business conditions in Russia. In his speech Alexey Shaburov stressed profit-making was not the main thing when reaching a new level in business. A new level of business – that’s the thing Mr. Shaburov deals with.
The university’s state room was jam-packed with the young people wishing to know about how MVK had organized its first project at the North Pole, funny stories about the MVK’s exhibition on the Eiffel tower (by the way, this exhibition was included in the Records book). Of course, many questions were asked about the main project of the present time – International exhibition of calligraphy.
The concept and the realization of this project attracted everybody’s attention. All the present wanted to know what could be a reason to organize such a project and how ideas were born. Alexey Shaburov told in his witty and easy manner about the details and interesting facts of his project.
He also mentioned the festival of Japanese culture “Sakura” that is planned to be held from 14th to 19th of April 2009, at the Sokolniki park. Every one who was in the hall at that moment expressed sincere wishes to attend this festival and with their own eyes all that things that the MGIMO graduate, Director General of MVK International exhibition company – Alexey Shaburov – was speaking about.
