Director of the International exhibition of calligraphy Alexey Shaburov met April 22 with an old friend of MVK and project partner — MGIMO Alumni Association and MGIMO Students Association. Negotiations were focused on mutual partnership to promote the project on the world arena. The parties agreed to hold a significant event – the project presentation in Paris — was planned for 2011.
Another important issue that was also settled is an agreement giving the students opportunity to work on MVK’s exhibits as interpreters. MGIMO professionally works with different languages, and yet this past February it was listed in the Guinness World Records for it teaches 53 state languages. MGIMO students working at MVK exhibitions will enhance MVK’s opportunities in offering translation services to its exhibitors. Students, in their turn, will not only practice their language skills, but will get a valuable experience as they say “in the field” and get to know exhibition process.
The MGIMO Alumni Association has been cooperating with MVK for many years and many times supported the company’s exclusive projects. Now this mutual partnership will grow wider.
